Kenzie is turning into a terrible 2 monster.  She has learned that she can leave Church if she says she has to go potty.  She wrestles me when I try to put her shoes on and she splashes Nana when she helps with dishes in the sink.

Carter is just a normal 5 year old, he sings or talks for the whole trip from Waupaca to Appleton on Monday and Thursday.

Store Hours are 9 – 9 Monday – Saturday and 10 – 6 Sunday

Uncle Lowell’s 9 mile Buck Snort mustard is available.  this is made in Antigo Wisconsin by Carter’s Mom’s Uncle Lowell.  Hot home made mustard only available @ Niemuth’s in the Fox Valley. 

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia and wild gulf shrimp.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon ( I ordered 2 so we won’t sell out so fast) Atlantic Cod and Canadian Smelt.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Swordfish, Canadian Walleye and Arctic Charr.

Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, Atlantic Haddock, Perch maybe? and Wild Gulf Shrimp.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of Feb 16th

Hope everyone had a great Valentine’s day, Louise got flowers delivered to the store, Carter and Kenzie got a bag full of candy from the day care and lots of people enjoyed lots of steaks, seafood, wine and beer.  Scotty passed his “pack” test.  He needed to shave 48 seconds off last weeks time, he beat it by more than a minute.

A few sturgeon were taken also.  We got a couple in for smoking so far.  Good luck to the rest of you still waiting for one.
