We had the best batch ever of Chef George’s Clam Chowder on Monday afternoon but I forgot to send out the e-mail on Sunday to let you know.  Now I have Chef George’s best batch ever of Clam Chowder available chilled but ready for you to heat and eat at home.  Sorry I got distracted on Sunday.

When we stop at the Waupaca Store to pick up tater salad Carter and Kenzie make their rounds

Store Hours are Monday – Saturday 9 – 9 and Sunday 10 – 6

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia.

Fresh Seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Hawiaan Mon Chong, Atlantic Cod and Rainbow Trout.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Halibut and Canadian Walleye.

Fresh Seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, Atlantic Haddock, Yellowfin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Canadian Perch (fresh or thawed) and Day boat dry pack scallops.

Order Live Lobster, Clams and Oysters by 4 pm Tuesday for Wednesday and 4 PM Thursday for Friday delivery.  920 734 4905

Brat Flavors will be Red and White Badger Brats and Plain in Pork.  Buffalo Chicken in Chicken Brats.

A Brand New Creation – (Wisconsin) Bacon Sushi  We are still working out the final look of the product but the initial trials tasted fantastic.

Another Brand New Creation – Guinness and Brownsugar marinated Portabella caps.  Great on the grill and tasty replacement for a meat hamburger.
