Went to open skate last night with the gang.  Carter skates circles around everyone and even sprays snow.  Kenzie was up on single blades but only for about 20 feet.  She was really cute by the water fountain.  She would tip her head back and stick her tongue out and push the button to get water but she was no where near it.

Fres seafood for Tuesday will be mahi Mahi.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Atlantic Cod and Hawaiian Monchong.  1 box of smoked chubs also.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Halibut and Canadian Perch.

Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, Yellowfin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Atlantic Haddock and Day Boat Sea Scallops dry packed.

Order live Lobsters, Clams and Oysters by 4 pm tuesday and thrusday for Wednesday and Friday Delivery.  920 734 4905   Snowstorm on the East Coast, might be short supply next week.

Hot Entree for Monday @ Niemuth’s

will be a variety of pulled meat sandwiches on Torta Buns.  Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Pulled Beef Brisket all with a side of Cole Slaw on a Torta Bun. 

The Bun is special because of its ability to soak up juices and it’s sweetness.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of January 19th

What a Football game!  I was listening to it on the radio at O’hare waiting for my daughter AJ to return from India.  She was over there 3 weeks with the UW Oshkosh nursing school.  She had lots of stuff she bought in the markets.  She took an empty suit case to bring stuff back in.  She also has lots of stories from her experience over there.  One comment she made was how lucky she was to be born here.

Carter was also traveling last week.  He was in Kansas with his dad, uncle Scott and my Brother hunting pheasant and quail.  Mostly quail is what they got.  Carter talked about the trip all the way home from school today.

Looking at the calendar for this week: Tuesday State of the Union Speech and National Cheese Day, Friday Release party at O’so Brewing in Plover and Saturday 17th anniversary party at Central Waters, Amherst.

After that we have Super Bowl, Mardi Gra, Ash Wednesday, Valentine’s Day, Sturgeon Spearing, Daytona 500 and Baseball starting.  Spring will be here in no time, get the robin decoys out.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of January 12th

Carter and his dad went ice fishing on Winnebago on Saturday.  Didn’t catch any fish but Carter had fun.  He didn’t put his leg in the hole up to his hip like his dad did when he was Carter’s age.

I guess I ducked a bullet over the weekend also as my schedule with Kenzie didn’t match the gymnastic schedule.
