Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of January 11th.

Aaron and Becki were up north one day last week with Kenzie. Bella, Becki’s Mom picked up Carter from School and they decided to go out for dinner. Kings Table was closed that day so Wheelhouse it is. Bella was surprised when they walked in and the Bartender knew Carter, a 6 year old. Then he proceeded to eat 2 plates of Mac and cheese and 2 orders of Frys and Ice Cream. She said she knew it was going to cost her $20 to feed him some day, she just didn’t expect it to be when he was 6. Growth Spurt is coming. Carter is going to Kansas pheasant and quail hunting with the boys for 5 days. Becki has about 30 pounds of groceries to send along, hope that is enough. Last January when they went he ate everything she sent the first day plus his meals.

Kenzie has hockey practice on Wednesday night, I am going to try to leave early for Waupaca so I can see how she is doing. She told me she still skates with the chair but I expect she should be free soon.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of January 4th 2016

Carter had 2 hockey tournements over the weekend. Saturday at Merrill and Sunday at Waupaca. He likes to skate with the puck so when he got the puck he would skate back behind his own net with it before going down and trying to score. He was pretty tired after playing 6 12 minute games both days but not tired enough to rough house with his dad and sister on the floor after dinner. He wants to go ice fishing so we will have to find a weekend that he doesn’t have a hockey tournement to go.

Kenzie is one spoiled little girl. She wouldn’t have anything else besides Mac and Cheese for lunch today so I had to run into town to get mac and cheese for her. Guess she has her Papa trained pretty good.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of December 28th

Yes the last week of 2015 where does the time go? Christmas at the Niemuth’s was good. The rib roast was perfect pink in the middle even though Louise opened the oven door on the no peak method. Carter and Kenzie cleaned up on toys and we watched Minions about 6 times. No ice skating or sking this year. Nancy and Mark left for Ohio before the storm got here.

Had a little girl in the store Monday night with her parents. I told her she had to go to school on Tuesday because of the snow. If she would have been in school she would have gotten a day off so it is only fair that her mom gets a snow day when school is on break. Mom was all for it.

The boys are getting excited about golf. We should be starting in a week or two. I might have to golf twice a week this winter because I have so many guys that want to play. Indoor golf is a hoot.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of December 21st

So Louise got the wood floor at the lake fixed and refinished for Christmas. Last Sunday after she left for Appleton we removed all the furniture from the living room and dining room, took down the Christmas tree, I liked my idea to hoist it up on a sheet of plywood better but got over ruled, put the couch up on the counter top. So for the last week I got to tease Louise about the great Christmas present I had under the tree for her, bigger than 3 big Fleet Farm Bags to cover it. She kept going “yea, Yea 35 years of BS, I know better” But she was wrong again. Sunday night when I took her out there to see it Carter and Kenzie were running and spinning in the empty rooms socks only and the kids had sprinkled bows all over. She was very happy, no bumps, squeeks or ripples and a shiney new finish all under the Christmas tree. If you have a wood floor that needs attention I have a guy that can help.

My Daughter AJ graduated from UW Oshkosh Nursing school on Saturday. She has a couple job offers to consider. Way to go AJ!

Carter is playing some Goalie in Hockey. So far no broken bones, Noses, bumps on the head or lost teeth.

Merry Christmas from Richard and Louise and everyone at Niemuth’s Southside Market.
