Nephew John shot 45. AJ and Scottie were just over 50. Owen had a couple nice putts. Fishing in the afternoon with Carter after a little clean up at the house. One big Catfish and a sheep head. Through them both back. Little disappointing based on weather and cow activity.

Shot 48 today golfing, didn’t play very well, little bit wet. Only the girls with me today. Carter was lifting at school and Owen was at preschool. Kenzie goes to school on Thursday so just me and Sylvi golfing from now on. Expect the last outdoor round to be November 7th or 14th. Might try a fishing day in there also.

Shot 50 this morning. Started on 6 because of a crowd at 1. Shot 8 over par on 6-9, stopped for our hot dog then shot 6 over on 1-5. Kenzie, Owen and Sylvi were with me.

Bike ride on Sunday, part of the trail system in Stevens Point. Checking my speedometer against AJ’s I was going 13-14 MPH to Aj’s 8-9 and I finished covering 10 miles to her 6.5. We rode the same trail. I told her I could go faster and farther than she can. She said my speedometer is off. Nice trail in Whiting along the river and thru the woods. Going to do Two Rivers again and Peninsula in September. Probably Hartman’s Creek this Saturday.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of August 1st

Wow August, has me thinking about Christmas and Valentine’s Day inventory. Just talking king crab with one of my seafood suppliers.

Shot 50 today, had 3 grandkids, my niece and her 8 week old baby with me. Before we left for golf Sylvi kept telling me “let’s go, let’s go.” Kenzie and Owen were checking for frogs at all the ponds. Kenzie was putting today, she was doing pretty good. Need to have her swing a club now.

Sunday afternoon Owen found a little green worm in the yard. He carried it around for about 45 minutes and didn’t even feed it to the chickens. He got to the sand box and the worm was gone. We said after all the places he had it it took off for the woods to hide.

Waiting for a call back on Waupaca Sweet Corn from my neighbor. Will let you know. Next week for sure.

Meiomi Red Blend This one was one of the most fruit forward red blends we ever tried.
