Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia and wild Sockeye Salmon, thawed out.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King salmon and Atlantic Cod.

Fresh SEafood for Thursday will be White Fish, Canadian Northern and Perch I think.  I am still shopping sturgeon for Wednesday or Thursday.

Fresh Seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, Atlantic Haddock, Dry Pack Scallops and Wild Gulf Shrimp.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of February 2nd

Happy Ground Hog Day, only 47 days till the first day of spring and Easter is only 2 weeks after that, first Sunday in April.  We got our first round of golf for this year in last Thursday up in De Pere.  Ken had low score of 80 while complaining of several 3 putt holes.  I had 86 and Tom was in at 87.  I think we all played as well as Tiger Woods did last Thursday and Friday.

Aaron and Becki bought a new dishwasher.  The empty box was in the living room.  Louise went to find the kids.  When she called for Carter and Kenzie the box tipped over and they were laying in the bottom smiling at her.  Just like Christmas the empty box is the best present.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia.  Sold out last time we had it 2 weeks ago.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Atlantic Cod and Pacific Grouper because I need some to put in the freezer.  He had 5 pounds of fresh perch in the inventory so I told him to send it.  Don’t know if it will really show up or not.  Stop in and see.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Atlantic Monk and Canadian Walleye.

Fresh seafood for Friday will be Sole, Crab Stuffed Sole, Scottish Salmon, Atlantic Haddock, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Yellowfin Tuna and Dry pack Day Boat Scallops.

Yes the last week in January already.

Went to open skate last night with the gang.  Carter skates circles around everyone and even sprays snow.  Kenzie was up on single blades but only for about 20 feet.  She was really cute by the water fountain.  She would tip her head back and stick her tongue out and push the button to get water but she was no where near it.

Hot Entree for Monday @ Niemuth’s

will be a variety of pulled meat sandwiches on Torta Buns.  Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Pulled Beef Brisket all with a side of Cole Slaw on a Torta Bun.
