Yes our Packers lost a tuff one but considering where we were 10 weeks ago calling for firings and changes not a bad ending except for it could have been one more game.

Anyone seen the sun lately? I was driving in about a 1/2 mile of sunshine on the way to Waupaca Sunday afternoon, didn’t remember what it was. According to the weatherman we won’t see the sun until next Saturday or Sunday. Stop in the store and my staff will brighten your day.

No Carter and Kenzie stories this week, they were up north for the weekend and didn’t even go to the candy store for Papa. Big hockey tournament in Waupaca next weekend so I should have lots of hockey stories next week.

What a win, go Pack go! I was talking to the boys about going ice fishing up north next weekend (temps in the 40s) but Now I have to work with the Packers in the Championship game.

Another hockey player in the family, Dave’s son Bradon is playing hockey in Neenah and skating pretty good. We’ll have to get the boys together for some skating and stick play.

Happy New Year. Went to watch the polar plunge in Waupaca to benefit the Waupaca Area Fire Department. Scott didn’t plunge or gumball suit this year, he got to stand top side in his break out suit. Lots of people jumping in chanting “its not cold enough” I wasn’t one of them.

Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. My sister Nancy made dinner at Roger’s house on Saturday. She preheated the oven and soon the house was full of smoke. She didn’t even put anything in the oven. Turns out Roger had a pan and paper towel in the oven for when he heated up his bowling ball to get the oil off from it. Mark my brother in law almost choked when he said that. A good 20 minute laugh followed.
