Share on FacebookE-mail should be fixed. We went over our limit on people who signed up to receive this e-mail and instead of sending the limit Mail Chimp stopped them all together without notifying us. Nothing more money won’t fix, and hopefully it has if you are reading this.
Kenzie promised me she would tell her Kindergarten teacher she needed Mondays off from school to go golfing with Papa. So far no go. Busy day at the golf course today. Shot 57, to many 3 putts on tough pin placements. Carter is playing center for his Pop Warner football team. I told him its because they need the smartest kid at center, one that can remember the snap count. His dad said it was because he is the biggest boy on the team. He usually is not the biggest at hockey, there he usually plays up an age bracket.
Concrete news: More pouring on Wednesday, middle of the street by our main entrance and the sidewalk and apron will also be poured. About a week curing time before we get it back. Use the “smaller” new north entrance for now. We appreciate your efforts to get to us during this construction project. Good News only 51 more days to go. More Good News, Calumet and Oneida street south of Calumet should be open “finished” in 3 or 4 weeks. 441 project under the bridge won’t be done until early November.

Share on FacebookTHANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! What started with Maureen Wallenfang of the Post Crescent calling to see how we were doing with the road construction turned into what Mark Zuckerberg intended Facebook to be. The greatest out pouring of Community and love I have ever experienced. Thank You to everyone who came in shopping to support us as well as everyone who forwarded to their friends and family on Facebook. I had one gentleman in tonight who said his wife texted him from Europe to come in shopping. Thank You also to Channel 11 and 5 for your interviews and coverage of the construction on Oneida street. I know it has made a difference for me and I hope other businesses on South Oneida. I Thank God for all of you who have shown such great love for what my employees and I do here. I also Thank God for the great employees that stepped up big time to keep things going. I also hope it is not only me who is experiencing this love but all the other businesses on South Oneida Street and don’t forget Wendy’s, the oil change place and Kwik Trip on the South side of 441.

Thank you again for supporting us during road construction and sending all your family and friends in, Richard.
I will know Wednesday what the pour schedule will be for next week. He did encourage me to do a “post” pour party. It will be much safer than having people in the pour zone with heavy equipment and 20 dump trucks of cement moving around. Pour party will be either Tuesday or Wednesday next week, watch the blog on Niemuths.com or Niemuth’s Southside Market on Facebook. It will be worth it.
Happiest day of the year is 2 weeks away. Carter and Kenzie will be starting all day school on September 4th. I will be childless until the new baby is born in March. I told Kenzie she should hope for a boy so she is still the favorite grand daughter and Carter to hope for a girl so he is still the favorite grand son. Carter is playing a hockey tournament in Duluth this weekend. I won’t be going to this one.
If you didn’t see it the Post Crescent did an article on the road construction on South Oneida Street and Fox 11 aired some interviews also. Their support as well as yours has made a big impact on my business. God only gives us burdens that we can handle and God sends angels to help us when we need it and I got 2 angels sent to me last week who sent many more angels shopping. For that I am truly grateful, Thank You!
