Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. We were busy at the store and the whole family was together over the holidays.

Owen caught a 33 inch Northern on Saturday. I asked him which of his dad’s secret spots they were fishing at. He said, “I won’t tell you.” And I asked a lot.

Took the kids to the golf coarse last week Monday, no school, for hotdogs. Owen wanted to golf, too cold. We drove around by the lake throwing corn cobs into the woods to feed the squirrels. No nuts on the trees this year.

I put the Christmas tree up on Friday. It has a button on the floor to turn it on and off. Sylvi found it, on, off, on, off, on, off, on, off, you get the drift. Went for a walk with her this morning, picked up sticks for kindling, watched the cement trucks pouring foundation at the neighbors.

Carter was busy deer hunting, a doe. Kenzie was busy with hockey. I think she is refereeing as well as playing.

Owen went out and sat in the deer stand with his dad. 7 AM I’m cold, when are the deer coming? Lets go home. No we are staying until 8 AM. Saw a big fluffy squirrel and lots of birds.
