Happy Birthday to my SNL Jim. Sylvi didn’t want to walk with me today or vacuum. She did let me catch her while we were waiting for the bus. She was up on the driveway and I was down by the road. She says “you can’t catch me.” I put my hands together and said I caught a butterfly. This trick hasn’t worked in years. She came down and let me grab her Twice! Silly girl.

Went to Madison with Carter and Kenzie on Friday for a Badger Hockey game against Alaska. One of my suppliers had suite tickets for us. Carter’s buddy was at the game also. Great seats, Badgers won good night with the family.

Owen had Sunday hockey at Stevens Paint on Sunday.

Sylvi was pushing on my legs and pounding on my stomach when I was laying on the floor stretching this morning. Then she was telling me a flock of penguins to make me look away from her.

Carter had home JV hockey Thursday and Saturday, won one and lost one. Owen had home hockey Friday – Sunday but I only made the Friday game. Sat and Sun were 8 and 9 AM. Too early for me. He got a participation metal. Kenzie spent most of Saturday in Wisconsin Rapids reffing hockey. They were short refs for their tournament.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. Nice couple days off for me. Owen’s hockey on Sunday, walks on Thursday and Friday. Put the Christmas tree up on Friday. Sylvi helped me hunt down the stuffed animals to put in the tree until we decorate it. 2 years ago she told me that stuffed animals don’t belong in the tree. Last year she was OK with it. This year she was hunting down animals.

Carter and Kenzie are playing hockey all over the state, so I have to pick my dates for travel. It was suggested to Carter that he get a girl friend to help him with his homework. He said it would be too much work.

Catch a deer this year? Last year’s trim in the freezer? We make your own meat sausage and sticks. 15 pound minimum. Also grind and package hamburger. Bring your venison trim in now. Venison sausage production will stop on November 15th and restart on January 2nd, 2026. Venison hamburger will be ground and packaged all the time.
