Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of February 29th

Parents night at Carter’s hockey practice tonight, kids verses the parents. Becki scored 3 goals but I think they were clicking the score 2 or 3 times for each kids goal. The scoreboard showed the kids winning but I don’t know. Carter skates really fast, in fact Becki and Aaron can’t catch him on the ice anymore.

Kenzie is into Tomatoes now. She ate almost a pint of grape tomatoes last week, last night she was pinching the chopped tomato out of the salad and today she was eating a whole tomato like an apple.

Plan on attending our first Beer and Food pairing event on Tuesday March 15th, at Headliners on Highway II in Neenah. Food Menu will be Oysters and shrimp appitizers, Soup TBD, Lamb Tenderloin, Corned Beef, Easter Ham Entree and Cheese Cake for desert. Beers will be from Capital Brewing, O’Fallons Brewing, Southern Tier, Petosie Brewing and More. Tickets are $50 single or 2 for $80, attendance will be limited as this is our first try. Get your tickets at Niemuths Southside Market or Headliners. The June Event will be hall capacity.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of February 22nd

Kenzie and I road tripped it today to Skokie IL. I picked up a refrigeration unit at an auction down there. She did really well for 8 hours in the truck. I guess I made enough potty and ice cream stops to keep her happy. And we made it back to Waupaca by 5:30 for her last hockey practice.

This is my last week of indoor golf for this year unless we decide to book another week. It sure is fun for my employees to answer the question “Where is Richard” by saying he is golfing, especially when they just came in from the cold and snow.

We are (Niemuth’s is) sponsoring a beer pairing dinner on Tuesday March 15th at Headliners Bar on Highway II in Neenah. I am submitting the menu tonight. Tickets will go on sale later this week. Oysters, Shrimp lamb tenderloin, corn beef and Easter Ham and a very special desert will be featured with beer pairings. Doings from 6-9 PM with appitizers starting at 6:30. Seating will be limited so first come first in!

Brat Flavor will be Beer and Onion and Plain in Pork. Tomato, Basil Parmesan in Chicken.
