Jambalaya in the parking lot Sunday

Specials for week of February 11

Carter and Aaron went ice fishing on Saturday afternoon.  They only caught a few little perch and bluegill before Carter stuck his foot in the hole and got a wet boot.  Needless to say they were home early.  Aaron did the same thing on the same lake when he was 3 or 4.

Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of February 4th

February!  The Super Bowl is done and what a finish.  Pitchers and catchers report next week.  Sturgeon spearing starts Saturday and I’ll have fresh sturgeon on Thursday, don’t tell the fishermen or dnr.  Mardi Gra is this weekend also.  Order your live clams, oysters and mussels by Thursday for the weekend.  Sorry I missed Ground Hog Day last week, I owe you one.

Carter started 3 year old pre school in January.  He has missed about 1/2 the classes because he has been sick.  As I remember that is how it is when you send a kid to school.   Now his aunt AJ is mad at him for making her sick.  Sniffles are going around the Niemuth’s in Waupaca.

Just had a gentleman in the store that had the lasagna for dinner tonight.  Loved it, said it was better than he expected.  Tyler will have to make a bigger batch next time, sold out before 4 pm.
