Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, North Atlantic Cod and Haddock, Yellow Fin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp and Live Bevan Oysters. I also have some Scallops Casino and Scallops Rockefeller.

Padro & Co Blanco Reserva Vermouth, Spain. An infusion of aromatic herbs with the peel of several different citrus fruits. After several monts of maceration, an aged white mistela (sweet wine) specific for this blend is added.
Padro & Co Vermouth Rojo Clasico, Spain. A tribute to the vermouth, which was sold originally from wine cellars, evoking herby and slightly medicinal aromas to transport you back to th4e atmosphere inside those local bars and cafes.
