Last week of September, Holy Cow. Biked about 15 miles over the weekend. Over 9 miles on the Fox River Trail between Green Bay and De Pere. That section is very nice, looks up hill but peddles like downhill. Spoiled grandkids stopped at Dairy Queen mid ride. Rode Peninsula on Sunday, about 5 miles through the woods and along the lake. Owen did really well on the steep hills. Apple orchard and cheese store on the way home.

Golf with Sylvi this morning. We had to drive to her first shot just off the tee box on number one. Shot 49 with one par. Hitting long and straight off the tee box which is not a normal combination for me. Some of the second and 3rd shots were trouble. Putting wasn’t bad after I figured out the dew.

The Wild Mushroom Guy has dropped off the results of his last forage in the forest. Lots of picking up mushrooms to sauté and freeze. Check out the pictures on our Facebook page. He will be back next spring with Morels and Ramps.

Store Hours are 10-6 Sunday-Tuesday, 10-7 Wednesday and Thursday and 9-7 Friday and Saturday.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Green Bay Perch, North Atlantic Cod and Scallop and crab stuffed sole.
Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Halibut Cheeks, and Live Bevan Oysters.
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Wild Coho Salmon and Blue Fin Tuna.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, North Atlantic Cod and Haddock, Yellow Fin Tuna, Whole Red Snapper and Live Bevan Oysters.

We got a really good shrimp burger in last week. Ask or look in the new freezer doors.
