Catch a deer this year? Last year’s trim in the freezer? We make your own meat sausage and sticks. 15 pound minimum. Also grind and package hamburger. Bring your venison trim in now. Venison sausage production will stop on November 15th and restart on January 2nd, 2026. Venison hamburger will be ground and packaged all the time.
