Walked with Sylvi today, lots of birds and squirrels. A big digger and dump truck working at the neighbor’s house. Don’t know what they are doing.

Kenzie had 4 hockey games over the weekend. They are playing against kids a year older so struggling a little bit. They don’t give up. I will have their hockey pictures after Christmas.

Owen and Sylvi have rink rats practice twice a week. Sylvi needs to let go of the chair. She could skate on her own.

Carter helped me with firewood over the weekend. He got the ax stuck in the log and couldn’t get it out. I used the log splitter but ran out of gas before finishing. Fireplace wood for the holidays and next year.

Get your Deer Camp supplies this week. Steaks, sandwich meat, Bloody Mary pickles and beverages. If you catch a deer, we will grind your hamburger this year and make your sausage in January or February. Your own meat back sausage.

Fresh Amish Turkeys are ordered. Board is up. Call and order soon, one size sold out, couple others close. Fresh Ducks are available. Steak, Roast and Seafood orders for Thanksgiving appreciated also. Have an order for a whole roasting hog, 6 BBQ back ribs and 3 sides of smoked salmon so far. 920 734 4905

Store hours are 10-6 Sunday – Tuesday, 10-7 Wednesday – Thursday and 9-7 Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, open at 9 AM Friday.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be North Crab and Scallop Stuffed Sole, Canadian Perch and Walleye after 4pm.
Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, shucked oysters and Live Bevan Oysters.
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Halibut.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, North Atlantic Cod and Haddock, Yellow Fin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp and Live Bevan Oysters.

J-PARAJES DEL VALLE 2023 MACABEO ECOLOGICO. Bright, clean and crisp white fruit on the nose with yellow apple,
crunchy pear and ripe green citrus. The palate is super clean and fresh with heaps of upfront acidity, lime and
crisp yellow apple. There is a subtle floral note at the back and a little softer pear and melon.

J-PARAJES DEL VALLE 2022 MONASTRELL JUMILLA, SPAIN. Our vineyards are
certified by Organic Agriculture, grown in goblet training system and strict dry farming. Bright, piercing cherry red, crisp and glistening. The nose
is also bright, intense, concentrated with redcurrants, cherry, raspberry and some green pepper spice. The fruit
is fresh, juicy but with piercing clean acidity and young grippy tannins. Concentrated and elegant redcurrant fruit
persists to finish on spice, fresh tobacco and lots of moreish acidity. 13%

J- KGM 2022 KINDZMARAULI SEMI SWEET RED, REPUBLIC OF GEORGIA. Naturally fermented semi-sweet wine made from the Saperavi grape cultivated in the Kindzmarauli
micro-viniculture area in the foothills of the Caucasus mountains. Saperavi grapes lend balance to the sugar
resulting in a well-structured wine. Flavors of plum and sweet grape juice dominate the pallet. Tones of red ripe
berries with round velvety softness at finish. Wine pairs well with chocolate, ripe strawberry, cakes and red

FRIDAY NOV 29th will be Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Day AND the release of our first single barrel Milwaukee County Stout collab with Explorium! This one was aged in that phenom Clyde Mays Bourbon barrel pick oak from last year! He said something about a Dungeons and Dragons bottle also.
