New Wine:
The Stalker Pinot Noir- Made with aged grape stalks, not whole clusters. The aromas of tart red cherries, lemon, dried rose petals and black strap molasses are joined by a note of something similar to raisin bran without the milk. Dark plum and raspberry flavors are matched with grippy tannins and an orange-flavored pipe tobacco note on the long finish.

Primarius Pinot Noir- A light-bodied Pinot Noir with restrained alcohol is always nice to find. The wine’s aromas of black cherries and fresh-grated ginger are accented by a sweet and earthy note similar to roasted beets. There’s more ginger on the palate, where it is joined by flavors of red raspberries and lemon. Primarius’ mouthfeel is light and lean.

Kindzmarauli Red- made in Gurjaani, Georgia. Naturally Semi-Sweet win made from the Saperavi grape which lend balance to the structure. Flavors of plum and sweet grape juice dominate the pallet. Pairs well with chocolate, ripe strawberry, cake and red fruits. Found in the back wine aisle by the sweet and Wisconsin wines.

New Beer:
Check out our new arrivals on our Facebook page or on our Untapped.com page.

Couple breweries that we haven’t seen in a year will be back in this week.
