Specials for week of June 18th

Country USA starts Tuesday, I have 4 get in free passes for Tuesday for whoever wants them and 4 single day discount passes, $30 to get in for the day, for whoever wants them and I have 4 – 5 day discount tickets $50 gets you in for all 5 days.

Carter and I were practicing for Canada in about 6 or 8 years.  Carter got a new fishing pole for Father’s day.  He caught about 30 blue gills off the dock on Sunday afternoon, didn’t even use a whole worm.  Carter and AJ were tubing behind his dad’s boat most of the afternoon prior to fishing.  Rule is you throw your fish back at Papa’s lake.  We didn’t keep any.

Carter’s dad, my baby Aaron turns 29 on Sunday.  Boy am I getting old.

My nephew John got me on the golf coarse this morning by one stroke.  He was down 4 strokes going into 9.  Needless to say I didn’t play number 9 very well at all.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Mahi Mahi.

Fresh Seafood for Wednesday will be Arctic Char, Cod and Black Tip Shark.

Fresh Seafood for Thursday will be Halibut, Sword and Walleye.

Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Alaska Sockeye salmon, Scottish Salmon, u10 dry pack Scallops, Black Tip Shark, Fresh Gulf Shrimp, PEI Mussels and Prime Soft Shell Crabs.  This might be the last week for Soft shells, Joe said things are tighten up in the crab market.

ORDER live Lobster, oysters and clams by 4 pm tuesday for Wednesday and 4 pm Thursday for Friday.  I already have orders on the board for The weekend before and the weekend after the 4th of July.

Fresh brat flavors will be Whiskey Peppercorn (a new one) Jalepeno Cheddar and Plain.  Chicken Brats will be Sweet Italian, also a new seasoning I just got in.

Whole Beef Brisket 3.39 lb  12 – 15 pound average  Smaller portions 3.99 lb, trimmed 4.99lb.  I will be doing a demo trim on a whole beef brisket on Wednesday night at BBQ Club, 6 PM at BBQ Pits and Spits on West College Ave nest to Firestone.  I know at least 2 cooked briskets will be there also.  Bring your own beer.
