Closed yesterday Easter Sunday not closed again until Thanksgiving day.   Going to be a long run till then.

Aaron rode back to Appleton with me and Carter last week.  Carter didn’t want to sit in the back so I told him to call “Shotgun Daddy.”  Aaron rode in the back.

Thank you to everyone who came in and confessed to hitting my sign.  I know you really didn’t do it.  Just needed to tease me a bit.

Brat fry this Saturday 4-14 to benefit stroke awareness.  Serving 10 am till mid afternoon.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia and Canadian Salmon.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Sole and Arctic Char.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Sturgeon, Walleye and U10 dry pack scallops.  Someone asked what U10  and dry pack means.  U10 is the count per pound, under 10.  Last weeks scallops were 6 per pound.  Dry pack means no solution added to the scallops, just meat.

Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Norway and Scottish Salmon.  (first wild fresh was on a list this morning, like always very pricey.  Should be better price in a couple weeks)  Perch, Smelt, Yellowfin Tuna.  Yes I ordered Smelt again.  They didn’t show last week but he promised me they would this week.

Order live oysters, clams and lobster by 4 pm tuesday for wednesday and 4 pm thursday for Friday delivery.

Brat flavors will be Jamacian Jerk and Plain in pork.  Plain in Turkey.  Greek in Chicken.

Pork Chops 2.99 lb  thick thin or extra thick.

Back Ribs 4.99 lb

whole pork butt 2.00 lb 8 pound average.

Pork loin end roast 1.99 lb

ground chuck 2.79 lb 5 pounds or more, 3.49 lb less than 5 pounds.  Call ahead for larger orders.

Whole beef Brisket 3.39 lb  12 – 15 pound average

Whole beef tenderloin 8.99 lb

Choice short ribs 4.99 lb

Choice NY Strip steak 11.99 lb

Choice Top Sirloin Steak 7.99 lb

Choice T Bone 9.99 lb  save $.50 per pound

Choice Porterhouse 10.49 lb I have lowered the price on T bone and Porterhouse because I have been vacuum packing them for the last 3 weeks and have only had to mark down 2 steaks that got dark out of over 150 that I cut.  As long as I have no lost steaks I can be more competitive on Price.
