Kenzie and I road tripped it today to Skokie IL. I picked up a refrigeration unit at an auction down there. She did really well for 8 hours in the truck. I guess I made enough potty and ice cream stops to keep her happy. And we made it back to Waupaca by 5:30 for her last hockey practice.

This is my last week of indoor golf for this year unless we decide to book another week. It sure is fun for my employees to answer the question “Where is Richard” by saying he is golfing, especially when they just came in from the cold and snow.

We are (Niemuth’s is) sponsoring a beer pairing dinner on Tuesday March 15th at Headliners Bar on Highway II in Neenah. I am submitting the menu tonight. Tickets will go on sale later this week. Oysters, Shrimp lamb tenderloin, corn beef and Easter Ham and a very special desert will be featured with beer pairings. Doings from 6-9 PM with appitizers starting at 6:30. Seating will be limited so first come first in!

Brat Flavor will be Beer and Onion and Plain in Pork. Tomato, Basil Parmesan in Chicken.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Arctic Char, Boneless Rainbow Trout, Canadian Perch and Sweet Jesus Live Oysters
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Halibut and Canadian Walleye.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Sole, Crab Stuffed Sole, Scottish Salmon, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Yellowfin Tuna, Canadian Perch, Atlantic Haddock, PEI Mussels and Hudson Canyon Dry Pack Scallops.

Kenzie got to skate with the High School Girls Hockey team during intermission of their playoff game last week. Kenzie was the star of the skate because she was the smallest. The crowd reacted every time she fell or skated well.

Kenzie was sitting with her dad one day last week and said “dad do this.” She was wiggling her fingers around and ended with her pinky sticking out.
