Happy Birthday to my brother Roger, 54 yesterday. Grandma (Mom) baked the cake via Piggly Wiggly in Waupaca. She also made dinner for Scott last Wednesday. He was a little worried because she hasn’t cooked an actual meal in at least 4 or 5 years. He got to her appartment and smelled chicken. She had roast chicken and potato wedges from the Pig.
Missed my golf game with the kids this morning, busy stacking fire wood and putting stuff away for the winter. Carter and Kenzie are all excited about trick or treat. Carter wants to be the fireman again and Scott to be the fire hydrant again.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Tilapia. Chef George made cajun stuffing to go with the tilapia last week, look for it again Tuesday, they sold out last week.
Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Atlantic Cod and boneless rainbow trout.
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Monk fish and Canadian Walleye.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Dover Sole, Crab Stuffed Dover Sole, Scottish Salmon, Wild Coho Salmon (probably the last fresh wild salmon til next spring, the season ends Friday) Wild salmon will be thawed out unless we splurge on troll caught King. Yellowfin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Atlantic Haddock, Canadian Perch and U10 scallops, yes the big ones!
Order Live Lobster. Clams and Oysters by 4 pm Tuesday for Wednesday and 4 pm Thursday for Friday.
