First day of Papa baby sitting Carter and Kenzie. Kenzie is just like Carter, she goes to sleep if you sing Rudolf the red nosed Reindeer to her. Easy day, the kids showed up late and got dropped off early because I had to work at 3 today.
Carter’s ice skating if very much improved. He was on the ice for 2 hours with my brothers kids and didn’t want to stop.
Christmas orders are starting to come in. Please call me with your special requests ASAP. Rib Roast, tenderloins, shrimp, scallops or other seafood special requests. We will have Fresh Turkeys for Christmas as well as frozen quail, pheasant, duck and goose. Please order whole or boneless sides of smoked salmon and whitefish now for Christmas and New Years. I will also have prime rib eyes, NY Strip and tenderloin available.
*Stockyards Dry Aged Beef must be ordered by December 7th to guarantee delivery for Christmas and December 14 for New Years Eve Delivery.*

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Atlantic Sole and Lake Superior Whitefish
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Yellowfin Tuna and Walleye.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Snapper, wild sockeye and Scottish salmon, perch, wild gulf shrimp and fresh calimari. This is an odd week so limited quanities have been ordered. Please call 734 4905 to reserve yours.
ORder live lobster, clams and oysters by 4 pm Tuesday for Wednesday and 4 pm Thursday for Friday delivery. I have made arrangements for Live lobster delivery on both Mondays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve and have several orders on the wall for each day already.
