Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Pacific Halibut and U10 Scallops.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Snapper, Scottish Salmon, Some kind of Wild salmon I hope, Swordfish, Haddock, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Whole Red Snapper for grilling and PEI Mussels.
Order Live Lobster, Clams and Oysters by 4 pm Thursday for Friday delivery.
Brat Flavors will be Whiskey Peppercorn in Beef, Ranch onion in Pork and Buffalo Chicken in Chicken. All will be made fresh Thursday afternoon for the weekend.

New Wine:
Thorny Rose Sauv Blanc from New Zealand, Red Blend, Cab, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay from Columbia Valley Washington State. Sauv Blanc and Red Blend were especially good tasting wines. Cab was reasonably good for the price point. Didn’t taste the Pinot Grigion and Chardonnay yet but hopefully they are as good as the blanc and blend.
