Carter wants to do another radio commercial for me.  He has “fresh fish” down pat.  He heard my “fast, fresh, affordable” commercial and wants to do “Papa’s store, fast fresh and adorable, oops I mean affordable.”  Don’t be surprised if you hear it on the radio.

I have another round of golf scheduled for Thursday afternoon.  Four of us will be playing this time, my radio guy and wine guy will be joining us this time.  Ken was giving me a hard time about my let the customer win commment.  I told him it was part of my marketing program, tease the customers a little so they have to come back and get even with me.  Leaving my golf clubs out front for a couple days after the last round did provoke some comments from people coming into the store.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Salesman missed the cutoff, nothing came in.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Salmon (probably Scottish unless the King shows up in Chicago Tuesday) and Atlantic Cod.

Fresh Seafood for Thursday will be Canadian Walleye and Chilean Sea Bass.

Fresh seafood for  Friday will be Dover Sole, Crab stuffed Dover Sole, Scottish Salmon, Perch, Haddock, Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Mount Desert Island Diver Scallops and regular day boat scallops.  Moose Island scallop season is over, no more until next year.  Hope you enjoyed them, I had lots of nice comments about them.

Order live lobster, clams and oysters by 4 pm Tuesday for Wednesday and 4 pm Thursday for Friday delivery.  734 4905  Clams and oysters can be ordered by the dozen.  Live lobster by the piece.

Brat Flavors will be Ruben and Plain in Pork and Tomato basil parmesan in Chicken.
