Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of June 23rd

Holiday hours:  We will be open Friday July 4th 9 – 9.  All other days regular hours:  9 – 9 and 10 – 6 on Sunday.

Happy Birthday to Aaron, 31 on the 24th.  Boy I am getting  old.

So Scott my youngest calls his mom last week.  Mom, What’s up?  Scott, Oh, just sitting here at the emergency room, waiting for my sister, again.  Seems AJ nicked her finger while cleaning the slicer to the tune of 5 stiches.  Nurse came in, Oh, you guys again.  Weren’t you just her 6 months ago?  Yes, when AJ popped her shoulder downhill sking.  AJ is a nursing student and wanted to numb it herself for practice but the doctor wouldn’t let her.  Lots of liability I guess.

Carter has become famous.  He was only in the store for about 15 minutes today and 3 people talked to him and told him that they have heard him on the radio.  Most people look at Kenzie and ask her when she will be on the radio too.  She’ll be 2 in September.

Hired 3 new people in the last 2 weeks.  Most notable is Chef George.  Not to put any pressure on him his first week but stop in and see what he creates or make your suggestions for what you want.  Phil and Sarah are also on board for the rest of the summer.  Both will be returning to school in the fall.  Phil spent a summer in Bar Harbor Maine on a research project.  He knows most of the Lobsters by name.

I should have fresh Waupaca Aspargus on Thursday.  Next week will be the last week for Waupaca Aspargus.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Skate Cheeks and Mahi Mahi.  Skate cheeks are confirmed and are supposed to be better than Halibut cheeks and less expensive.  Several orders on the board already.  Call 734 4905 to reserve.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Green Bay Perch and Whitefish and day boat scallops.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Chilean Sea Bass and Atlantic Haddock.

Fresh Seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, Red Snapper, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Atlantic Cod, Tuna, Copper River Sockeye (probably last week) PEI Mussels and maybe Soft Shell Crabs.

Order Live Lobster, Clams and Oysters by calling 734 4905.
