BBQ Club meets on Wednesday January 16th from 6-8 PM at The Stoneyard in Greenville Private room far left hand corner when you enter. Exotic Meats is the topic for January. I am Working on an Octopus dish, and know of 2 venison dishes, 1 rabbit stew and some bourbon maple Arctic Char so far. Stop out and have something to eat and drink with us. No charge or club dues, just lots of people who like to cook and eat.

Store hours are 9-9 Monday-Saturday and 10-6 Sunday.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be North Atlantic Cod.
Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Ora King Salmon, Black Tip Shark, Canadian Perch, Catfish Fillets, Bevan Live Oysters and Arctic Char.
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Canadian Walleye and Swordfish.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Pacific Grouper, Scottish Salmon, North Atlantic Haddock, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Yellow Fin Tuna and U10 Hudson Canyon dry pack scallops.
