Hope everyone had a great Valentine’s day, Louise got flowers delivered to the store, Carter and Kenzie got a bag full of candy from the day care and lots of people enjoyed lots of steaks, seafood, wine and beer. Scotty passed his “pack” test. He needed to shave 48 seconds off last weeks time, he beat it by more than a minute.
A few sturgeon were taken also. We got a couple in for smoking so far. Good luck to the rest of you still waiting for one.

Fresh seafood for Fat Tuesday will be Wild Gulf Shrimp and Mahi Mahi. I also have Crawfish, crawfish tail meat, alligator and gator brats in the freezer. Home made Andoullie in the bunker.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Arctic Charr and Canadian Walleye.
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Sole, crab Stuffed Sole, Scottish Salmon, yellowfin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Atlantic Haddock and Canadian Perch.
