Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of August 20th

Nice weekend with my cousins in Hayward.  Carter rode his bike down a little steeper hill than he is used to and the dare devil he is wiped out on the bridge and skinned his elbow.  We walked him down the next night and he went down again and didn’t wipe out this time.  Didn’t want him to be afraid of hills on his bike.

Had one Musky followup but none on the line.  Hopefully better luck in September and October.

I am flying out to Seattle on Tuesday to meet my sister who is moving back to Wisconsin from Alaska.  Mom is worried about her driving cross country by her self.  I should be back to work on Saturday.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be Yellowfin Tuna at the old price of $20.00 per pound.

Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Halibut Cheeks, Dover Sole and Atlantic Cod.

Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Wild King Salmon, Swordfish and Door County Whitefish.

Fresh seafood for Friday will be snapper, scottish salmon, wild coho salmon, whole red salmon, Wahoo u10 scallops and wild gulf shrimp.

Live Lobster, clams and oysters are available.  Please call 734 4905 to order by 4 pm Tuesday for Wednesday and 4 pm Thursday for Friday.

Live Lobster weekend is September 14 and 15.  Mark your calendar, invite your family and friends.  I won’t have firm prices until September 10 or 11 but baring a hurricane we might be under $10 per pound on small ones.  Orders will be due by 4 pm Wednesday Sept 12th.  I will order a few extras but don’t count on them, they usually go fast.

Brat flavors will be Greek, Sauerkraut and plain in pork.  Ranch and onion in Chicken Brats.
