Went perch fishing at Pony Creek on Lake Poygan Sunday afternoon. Cold SE wind, about a dozen people fishing. Only saw 1 perch caught, one guy said he had one. I lost a couple minnows but don’t suspect I had a bite. Had the minnows in a hot pickle bucket, they had a little bit of a green glow to them. Don’t know if that affected my fishing. Left the bucket on the deck overnight, it was empty this morning. The raccoons must have cleaned me out.
Went down by the boat landing on our walk this morning. Owen wanted to touch the water, but I told him it was too cold for me to get all wet when he falls in. No water touching today. He did tell me the boat landing was a place his dad goes fishing. Owen gave up one of your spots Jim.
Birthday party for Sylvi on Saturday, one year old. She stands but doesn’t walk yet. Soon enough Owen will be on the bike and Sylvi will be running. Hope to be golfing in 2 weeks.
