As stated my name is David, although no official title is bestowed, it is my great pleasure to provide you with an ever growing variety of fresh and smoked sausage items, along with other delicious offerings that come right from our own smokehouse. Closely monitoring each item that goes through the smokehouse, with a hobby turned career, I will give you the best I’ve got each and every time. It’s always fun to answer questions and help people be successfull at home with making their own sausage and smoking and curing their own meats. Its never a problem to step out and answer any questions you may have regarding our products, or your own charcuterie adventures!
Let’s NOT forget Father’s Day coming up this weekend. Being dubbed by some as the eh hem…”man candy” store, what a better place to come to make it a good weekend. Unsure what hunk of protein Dad may want on the grill? Two words….Gift Certificate. (of course the Cowboy Cut Bone-In Rib-Eye isn’t a bad backup plan either.)

Wednesday: Ora King Salmon, and Halibut Cheeks for sure
Thursday: Swordfish and Canadian Walleye
Friday:Scottish Salmon, Atlantic Haddock, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Sole, Live Softshell Crabs, quite possibly some Copper River Sockeye Salmon, and what ever else our wonderful customers inspire us to bring in. And yes that means you, something you would like to see? Or have a special order for a live item including but not limited to Mussels, Oysters, Lobsters, Clams and the like? We can bring those to you twice a week Wednesdays and Fridays. We just ask you let us know by 4:00 P.M. the day before the previously mentioned. If it swims,crawls,scoots,or just sticks to something in the ocean, we can probably get it, depending on availability.
As far as new beers and wines, my gosh just come in a check it out. Always new and interesting beers and other libations show up here every week. Quite honestly I dont know how Richard keeps up with it all.
A good one we just sampled last week and brought in is Buckshot Peppered Maple Bourbon Whiskey. Very tastey with a good whiskey bite. I myself am waiting on the Fulton Brewing Batch 300 IPA. I keep hearing these tales of cases in the warehouse and wondering why they are not here. For those IPA enthusiasts or even if you are not this is a good one to just try. Made with %100 Mosaic Hops, this beer is very complex and has wonderful fruity and citrus tones that change and dance around on your palate. It’s fun. Hold’s a first place title, I would have to concur.
