Specials for the week of November 11, 2019

Exciting week for the Niemuth family. Aaron got an elk out in Washington state on the side of Mt St. Helen’s and it was a huge one. I said WOW!! He did a good job. Now they are measuring their house to see where it will fit on the wall. Carter scored his first goal of the season on Sunday in a hockey tournament in Waupaca and then he had an assist too. We’re all looking forward to a fun hockey season.

Kids made us proud too, when they stopped what they were doing and stood in the middle of the living room with their hands over their hearts while the Star Spangle Banner was played at the beginning of the Sunday night football game. Nana stood with them (everybody else was in the kitchen).

Owen is his busy little self. Turned 8 months old last week and has started pulling himself up on the ottoman and his play table. So far the score is play/baby gate 1 Owen 0. Mom and Dad put up a play yard type thing around the TV (remember the cords thing) and the fireplace. He decided it would be fun to climb it (much like his mother did at that age) and it fell on him. I can still see AJ’s toes curling around the gates.. much like I’m sure his did. He likes to follow Nana around the house at the lake crawling on hands and knees more than the army crawl and was helping Papa unload the dishwasher. He also has very serious conversations especially with Papa. He goes on and on then looks at Nana and laughs.
