Specials @ Niemuth’s for week of June 29th

Have a safe and cautious 4th of July.

Golfing this morning with all 3 grand children. Carter was hitting the ball about 50 yards or so, not to much hockey in his swing even though he had hockey camp this afternoon. Little baseball left over from his tournament last Saturday. They didn’t win the game I went to, don’t know how the other 2 turned out.

Kenzie was just putting today. She did drop about a 12 foot putt with a big smile. I told her some of the guys I play with would be thrilled to do that too.

Owen got to walk on the greens but had to stay in the cart on the tee box, too big of swings going on.

Store hours are 10-6 Sunday-Tuesday, 10-7 Wednesday-Thursday and 9-7 Friday-Saturday. We will be open regular hours, 9-7 on Saturday July 4th.

Because of significantly increasing costs of credit card processing (over $8000 for April and May) we have instituted a $2.50 processing fee for Credit Card ONLY use. Debit Cards are OK, NO FEE! This was preferable to raising all prices and offering cash or debit discounts to the majority of our transactions or eliminating Credit Cards altogether.

Debit cards cost me $.06 cents per transaction on average whether you spend $1 or $1000. Checks are the same cost.

Credit cards cost me $.85 to $1.05 swipe fee plus interchange rate of 1.35% plus Whatever your cash back or mileage cost is. Your Bank DOES NOT PAY YOU CASH BACK they take it from the merchants you shop at to pay you, nothing comes out of their pocket. I have $75 to $85 transactions on my card processing statement that cost me between $3 and $4 BEFORE the swipe fee and interchange rates are applied. I am sorry we had to do this but we have discussed this for many years and the expense has finally become unbearable for us to continue without doing something. I appreciate your willingness to switch to Cash, Debit or Check from now on. Richard.
