Happy Spring snow storm. Robins are still here. Called the boys yesterday to see if they wanted to go fishing. Aaron was plowing snow and Scotty was happy I gave him my old snowblower. Becki posted a nice picture of Carter sledding outside the house. That’s 60 years of Niemuth Kids sledding down that hill. AJ and Jimmy moved into their new house last weekend, First snowstorm stories already.

The street project suffered a little setback with the snow. The electric boys were digging the barrels out of the snow this morning. Apparently the city wanted the snow moved off the street. I asked them if they planned on leaving the snow in my drive way, they said no. It will be a miracle if concrete is poured this week. Be Careful out there.

Store hours are 9-9 Monday – Saturday and 10-6 Sunday I was here on Sunday 10 til about 1:30, only 4 customers in that time.

Fresh seafood for Tuesday will be North Atlantic Cod.
Fresh seafood for Wednesday will be Scottish Salmon, Canadian Perch, Pacific Halibut and Live Chesapeake Bevan Oysters.
Fresh seafood for Thursday will be Atlantic Haddock and Canadian Walleye
Fresh seafood for Friday will be Sole, Crab Stuffed Sole, Scottish Salmon, Yellow Fin Tuna, Wild Gulf Shrimp, U10 Hudson Canyon Dry Pack Scallops.

Order Caviar, Live Lobster, Clams and Oysters by 4 pm Tuesday for Wednesday and 4 PM Thursday for Friday delivery. 920 734 4905

Brat Flavors for this week will be Red, White and Blue and Plain Sheboygan in Pork and Philly Cheese Steak in Beef. We just made a batch of pre cooked Turkey and Chicken Brats also.
